Platform comparison
This table describes CTE Social’s managed publishing workflow. Connected accounts must have the required permissions and remain eligible for direct publishing.
On smaller screens, scroll the comparison sideways. Keyboard users can focus the table area and use the arrow keys.

*Video support requires available video capacity. Presence has no base video allowance. A video add-on changes capacity; it does not add excluded networks or extra accounts.
Account permissions, provider restrictions, and media requirements still apply. A format listed here does not mean every uploaded file can publish unchanged on every destination.
Prepare the right media
Upload media you own or have permission to use. Follow your client setup guide for the correct Google Drive folders.
Supported source formats: JPG/JPEG, PNG, and WEBP.
A photo post can contain 1–10 images. Keep grouped photos in the intended order, including before-and-after sequences. Groups contain photos, without mixed video files.
The number of images actually delivered depends on the destination. See the group rules below.
Supported source formats: MP4, MOV, M4V, WEBM, and AVI.
CTE Social accepts feed-video sources from 3 seconds to 3 minutes. Each network may impose a shorter limit or other requirements. Portrait footage is a good starting point for Reels and Shorts.
Managed YouTube publishing uses Shorts. Standard long-form YouTube uploads are outside this workflow.
Enable eligible automatic copies of your approved feed content for Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts.
Automatic video Stories must be 15 seconds or shorter. Longer videos are held for the Story route and are not automatically trimmed; the feed-video outcome is handled separately.
Your originals remain unchanged. Stories depend on the corresponding source content and account eligibility.
A supported file type is a starting point. The file must also pass processing, content checks, and the destination’s current media requirements.
One group, different destinations
CTE Social adapts the same managed photo item to the available format on each selected destination.
Connect what you will use
You do not need to connect every network in your plan. Select the platforms you intend to use, then complete the connection and verification steps for each selected account.
Facebook automation uses Pages, rather than personal profiles or groups. Instagram requires a Professional account; direct Stories require a Business account.
Each subscription serves one brand or location, with one account per included network. An unused network slot cannot be exchanged for a second account on another network.
Need additional accounts on the same network? Contact CTE Social to discuss a custom arrangement.
Publer and your managed service have different scopes. Publer may offer more networks, formats, or manual tools. Those features do not automatically become part of CTE Social’s managed publishing. Manual tools are limited to your assigned accounts, permissions, and provider availability.
Common questions
Yes. Choose only the destinations you intend to use. Every selected account must be verified before it is used. Your plan price stays the same when you choose fewer networks.
No. Google Business Profile has no managed video route, YouTube requires an included plan, and each video destination has its own requirements. Available video capacity, account permissions, duration, and media checks determine which routes are eligible.
These networks are not currently part of CTE Social’s managed publishing. A network appearing in Publer’s broader product does not make it an included managed destination. Ask us about your requirements before signing up if another network is essential.
Yes. Tell us which network and account type you plan to use through the contact form. Connection verification happens during setup. Never send account passwords, recovery codes, or two-factor authentication codes.
