Signup and activation

From signup to activation.

Know what happens after you choose a plan, what you complete in the app, and when your publishing routine can begin.

Understand your progress

Three milestones to keep in mind.

These describe your progress through the service. Follow your dashboard for the next action on your own account.

Payment confirmed

Your purchase is complete.

You can continue onboarding. Your business details, permissions, connections, and publishing setup still need to be completed and verified.

Ready for activation

Your setup is ready for final review.

You have completed the required customer checks and authorizations. CTE Social still needs to complete controlled activation before automatic publishing begins.

Publishing enabled

Your publishing routine can run.

CTE Social has activated the service and enabled automatic scheduling for the verified accounts. Actual posts follow your saved schedule, available approved media, and plan allowance.

The complete journey

Seven steps.
One guided setup.

Start on the website, then continue in your CTE Social account. Use the same account throughout the process.

  1. Choose a plan and create your account

Review the available plans and choose monthly or annual billing. Enter your business name, your name, an email address you can access, and a password of at least 12 characters.

Check your email address carefully and review the policies and recurring-charge authorization before continuing.

Next: Continue to secure Stripe Checkout. Already registered? Log in to your existing account .

  2. Complete secure Checkout

Review your selected plan and billing interval, then enter your payment-card details on Stripe’s hosted page. CTE Social does not store your complete card number.

After confirmed payment, look for the welcome email and attached Client Setup & Publishing Guide. Return to your dashboard to begin onboarding.

At this stage: Your purchase is confirmed. Publishing remains off while setup is completed.

  3. Complete your company profile and preferences

Add your business information, services, content categories, logo, branding, and privacy choices. Choose your photo and video days, publication times, and company time zone.

Select only the social platforms you intend to use and can authenticate. Review optional Stories if you want eligible copies of your approved feed content.

Next: Save the required company and publishing choices, then follow the dashboard’s Google Drive step.

  4. Connect your Google Drive folder

Share a business-owned root folder as an Editor with the Google account shown in the app or supplied by CTE Social. Paste the folder link into the setup screen and select Verify and create folders.

The app checks access and prepares the folders for your approved photos and videos. Your original media remains unchanged. Follow the supplied instructions to place approved content in the right folders.

Next: Continue when Drive access and the publishing folders are verified.

  5. Accept your Publer invitation and connect accounts

CTE Social prepares your assigned Publer workspace and sends the connection instructions. Accept the separate Publer invitation, then connect the correct business accounts through the providers’ own sign-in screens.

Return to CTE Social and select Check connected accounts. Every selected destination must be verified; you do not need to connect every network included in your plan.

Need help? If the invitation is missing, the workspace is still being prepared, or an account cannot be verified, contact CTE Social . Never send passwords or verification codes.

  6. Review verification and consent

Open the activation-readiness step from your dashboard. Review the results, resolve anything marked Action required, and complete the authorized representative’s name and required workflow authorizations.

Select Confirm and mark ready when the app makes it available. These confirmations cover your account authority, approved media processing, AI-assisted preparation, and the automatic publishing workflow after activation.

Important: Ready for activation is a readiness confirmation. It does not activate the service or publish a post.

  7. CTE Social completes the first activation

CTE Social completes the final checks, activates your service, and enables automatic public scheduling for the verified business accounts. First-time activation remains a separate CTE Social step after your readiness confirmation.

Check your dashboard and follow CTE Social’s instructions. If everything is ready but you are unsure whether automatic publishing is enabled, ask us to confirm your status and first expected publication.

After activation: Keep approved media available and review upcoming posts in your assigned Publer workspace. Your first post follows the applicable schedule and completed checks.

Payments and timing

Know when payment and service begin.

Your first payment

The initial payment is collected before onboarding. The recurring service period is anchored to controlled service activation. Your chosen monthly or annual plan renews until canceled.

Review the amount, billing interval, and authorization shown during Checkout.

If you cancel before activation

Contact CTE Social so we can verify and close onboarding and arrange the full initial-payment refund described in the Refund Policy. A submitted request is complete when CTE Social confirms the outcome.

Request help through the contact form .

Read the Terms, Cancellation Policy , and Refund Policy for the full conditions.

After activation

What to expect from your first posts.

Activation starts your publishing routine; it does not instantly fill a month of content or publish every uploaded file.

Preparation follows your schedule

CTE Social prepares feed posts one day before their selected publication day. Photos and videos have separate schedules using your company time zone. Approved media, valid connections, content checks, and your allowance still apply.

A late upload or activation does not guarantee a post the very next day.

You can review upcoming content

Use Publer to review, edit, reschedule, or stop upcoming posts where your assigned permissions allow. Scheduled content publishes automatically unless you change or cancel it; you do not need to approve every post.

A draft is different from a scheduled post. Check Publer and the destination network to confirm an actual publication.

Questions along the way

If something is still pending.

How long does activation take?

Timing depends on completing your business setup, providing approved media, connecting the intended accounts, and resolving any verification issues. CTE Social also completes the first activation. Contact us if you need help understanding your next step or first expected publication.

What if I leave Checkout without completing payment?

If payment was not completed, publishing stays inactive. Log in to your existing account to continue secure Checkout rather than creating a duplicate signup. You may receive reminder emails with a continuation link.

If Checkout stays unpaid, the unfinished account may be removed after 10 days. Follow the deadline in your reminder email. If you believe payment succeeded but the app still asks for payment, contact CTE Social before paying again.

What if I paid but do not finish onboarding?

When setup still needs your action, you may receive reminders after approximately 24 and 72 hours. If customer-required setup remains incomplete for 30 days, onboarding may be closed and the initial payment refunded in full under the current process.

This closure does not apply when the only remaining step is CTE Social’s action. Contact us if you are blocked or need help completing setup; do not assume a reminder means publishing has started.

Where do I continue after leaving the app?

Log in with your existing CTE Social account and open your dashboard. It shows the next required action. Eligible customers can also use Start Here in the protected library for the detailed setup instructions. Google Drive and Publer retain their own sign-in processes.
